At Serenity Kids, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unwashed and unworn items. If the fit isn't perfect or you've changed your mind, we are here to make the return process as smooth as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with tags attached and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized shipping location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
